Manage your Season Pass List More Effectively
Dealing with a long Season Pass list? Don't forget you need to arrange your shows in order of priority so that nothing important gets skipped. This requires a little routine maintenance from time to time.
Be sure to manage your Season Pass List properly. If you have a decent-sized list of shows there, your TiVo may pause for a good chunk of time when you reorder the list. Don't spend time waiting for each small change to be processed. Arrange the entire list to your liking, then process the changes all at once.
Here's how:
Step 1: Select (highlight) the first show to be repositioned and move it to its new place.
Step 2: Use the left arrow to back off the choice.
Step 3: Select the next show to be repositioned, and move it to its new place.
Repeat Steps 1, 2 & 3 until your list is reordered as you like it.
Step 4: Exit the screen and TiVo will then process the changes. The time hit comes now. Read a book.
More Tricks:
Use either the skip-to-tick button or the page up/page down button to quickly move a show to the bottom/top of your list, once a show has been selected.
To delete a show from your Season Pass List while reorganizing, simply select the show and press clear.
