Here is the shipping rule at WeaKnees.com: FREE GROUND SHIPPING
on all orders within the 48 continental United States. Express shipments (overnight, two-day, three-day) shipments ship via UPS. Free Ground Shipping will be via UPS Ground, UPS Surepost (UPS delivers to your local US Post Office, which then delivers to your door) or USPS. When choosing a shipping method, please note that our ground shipping estimate is business days and can be longer than quoted in the case of a shipping issue. With free ground, we are not making a guarantee as to the date of arrival. If you need it by a certain date, we recommend something faster than free ground.*
Once we ship, we will email you with
a tracking number as soon as we have it. Since many ground and express
shipments are sent using UPS, we cannot guarantee that we can ship
to PO Boxes. If you have a street address and a PO Box, and if USPS
cannot ship to your street address, please provide BOTH addresses
if possible, or add a note to your order stating any delivery restrictions.
Ground generally delivers within the 48 states in 1 to 6 business
days. Some specific products (cables, remotes, RF Extender and hard
drives shipped to neighboring states and to rural locations, to
name a few) ship via the United States Postal Service (and we can
accept a PO Box for those smaller items) or UPS Surepost if you choose Free Ground
Shipping.
For ALL shipments (including Free Ground Shipping), all address
corrections, modifications, or delivery change requests after shipment
will incur a minimum $15 correction fee.
We are unable to accept requests to ship via one specific carrier as all shipping methods are pre-determined.
UPS DOES NOT CONSIDER SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR HOLIDAYS TO
BE SHIPPING DAYS. If you'd like you can choose either overnight, two-day or three-day shipping for an extra charge. The
option will be presented to you during checkout and the price depends
upon the order and the shipping zip code. If you want your product fast,
this is the way to get it. These options do NOT include Saturday
delivery - if this is what you need, ask ahead; there will be an
extra charge, if we can accomodate the request.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address (eg. wrong street
address, missing street address, missing or wrong suite/apartment
number), UPS will charge us a minimum address correction charge
of up to $15. We reserve the right to pass this on to you, and by
placing an order with us, you agree to these charges in the event
you provide an incorrect or incomplete address.
Orders received during business hours are sent the same (90%+) or the next
business day. Any orders received outside of business hours will ship the next
business day (95%+) or the business day after. Any item not
listed as "out of stock" is in stock.
We DO ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Alaska, Hawaii, and other US
territories, but free ground shipping does not apply to these
areas. Please note, however, that we do NOT ship DIRECTV equipment
to Canada. We can only ship DIRECTV equipment to a US address.

Puerto Rico: We ship to Puerto Rico via UPS and
USPS currently (subject to change). To get shipping rates and/or
place an order, please add the items to your cart and proceed to
checkout. Be sure to choose Puerto Rico in the
country field. Live pricing will show after the full address is
entered, and you can complete your order.
We can also ship Saturday delivery in most areas. The cost would
generally be the cost of overnight delivery (you can see this when
you checkout) plus a surcharge of $25 for most orders. Email
us if you'd like a quote and be sure to include your zip code.
We make every effort to accomodate Saturday delivery requests, but
we cannot guarantee that we will be able to in advance.
*One final note about shipping guarantees. If you do choose a method other than free ground, we guarantee delivery and will issue a shipping refund in the event of delay, so long the shipment is eligible for a credit from UPS. As a general rule, UPS refunds shipping charges to us (and us to you), upon request, so long as the problem is not due to adverse weather conditions.
If you choose two-day, three-day or overnight delivery and your package is late, you will be issued a credit upon request, so long as the reason for the delay is not adverse weather or some other similar force majeure event.
