Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card directly. A charge will show on your bill from WeaKnees.com.
If you are not comfortable entering your credit card number on our secure web page, please choose the Telephone or Fax payment option. We will then enter your order into our database.
- For Telephone orders: you can call us and give us the payment information; if you get voicemail, feel free to leave the information or to ask for a call-back.
- For Fax orders: please print your order page and write your payment
information on it, and fax it to (310) 427-7188.
We accept PayPal. If you'd like to pay via PayPal, please proceed through the cart checkout and then just choose the PayPal option. We are a Verified, Premiere PayPal merchant. If you pay via PayPal eCheck, PayPal requires us to wait until the eCheck has fully cleared before shipping. This is often immediate, but in some cases can take several business days.
We accept Google Checkout as a form of payment. You'll see the Google Checkout button on the first step of the cart.
You can also pay by personal check, cashier's check, or money order. If you'd like to pay with one of these transmittals, please proceed through the cart checkout and then choose the mail option. We hold personal checks until they clear - usually three business days.
Return Policy
Our return policy is simple: we will take back most items for any
reason within 30 days of purchase for your original purchase price,
minus a 15% restocking fee (minimum restocking fee is $15). No return
will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number, which will
be provide upon request. You are responsible for all return shipping
charges, and weaKnees will assess charges in addition to the standard
restocking fee for packages that are refused. All items must be
in as-new condition and be returned in the original packaging complete
with all components. We do not take returns on ANY activated DirecTV
equipment. Merchandise that arrives damaged will be exchanged at
no cost provided we are notified immediately (within 48 hours) upon
receipt of damaged merchandise. There is no return credit for expedited
shipping options. If a coupon or discount was applied to an order,
the amount of the restocking fee will be calculated using the full
price of the product, before the coupon was applied. Return credit
will be provided in the same manner as the original payment.
If product that you receive arrives damaged, you must notify weaKnees
within 48 hours, and we will gladly arrange to have the product
replaced. Restocking fees will not be waived for returns of damaged
merchandise.
We will not accept returns of a TiVo DVR (upgraded or not) if you
have opened the lid, even if you have purchased an upgrade drive
from weaKnees to install in a DVR purchased from weaKnees.
Items unavailable for return: DIRECTV receivers of any type are
not returnable once they have been activated with DIRECTV.
WeaKnees is not responsible for any currency variations on sales outside the US.
