If you have Roamio OTA, you can ignore references to the CableCARD and you will not have a CableCARD cage to remove. This is mentioned in the video from about 00:50 - 02:30 and about 10:00 - 11:15. This video does NOT apply to the TiVo Roamio Plus or Pro models.
