ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO YOUR PURCHASE OF AN H20 DIRECTV HD RECEIVER FROM WEAKNEES

WeaKnees.com is an authorized or licensed seller of DIRECTV products. In order to purchase an H20 High Definition Receiver at our published prices, YOU MUST AGREE (and by purchasing will be deemed to have agreed) to the following terms and conditions:

1. You must reside in a residential, non-commercial dwelling within the United States and be at least 18 years of age.

2. The H20 receiver will be activated on a DIRECTV account that is in one of the following geographic markets:
