TiVos and TiVo DVR parts shipped to Canada - Information and Terms
Shipping to Canada
We now ship to Canada! We generally ship to Canada via (1) UPS,
or (2) the United States Postal Service, who then interfaces with
Canada Post. Shipping quotes are calculated online, based on the
weight of your shipment, your postal code and the delivery method
chosen. NOTE: Only UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Expedited
and USPS Express Mail provide trackable shipments. USPS Global Airmail,
USPS Surface Mail and USPS Express Mail could take up to 45 days
for delivery, according to the postal service. Although delivery
by these methods take far fewer days, we cannot make any guarantees
if you choose USPS as a delivery method.
As a general rule, orders received during business hours are sent the same
(90%+) or the next business day. Any orders received outside of business hours
will ship the next business day (95%+) or the business day after. Any item not
listed as "out of stock" is in stock. For shipments to Canada, there may be
additional delays due to customs and other issues beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for all customs and brokerage charges,
duties and taxes, which must be paid prior to receipt of goods.
The shipping charges for Canadian shipments cover only the transportation
charges. We pre-pay only the shipping charges on the shipment -
the rest is the responsibility of the recipient.
weaKnees will honor warranties on malfunctioning upgrade drives
or DVRs for customers in Canada. Canadian customers must ship malfunctioning
product to weaKnees, and willl have to pay international shipping
charges for replacement/repaired merchandise.
We are unable to ship any DIRECTV receivers to Canada. All orders for DIRECTV receivers shipping to Canada will be cancelled.
